French Press Kharlie M

Adapted from Newsletter #21

In an 8-cup (0.8 to 1.1 liter) French press put 1/2 cup ground dark roast coffee, 3 tablespoons baking cocoa, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Fill the press with hot (nearly boiling) water and brew as directed. This makes 3 servings. To each mug add 5 fl. oz. (150 ml) of warm milk and 3 tablespoons sugar or equivalent in no-calorie sweetener. The flavors will be perfectly blended throughout, but there won’t be a head of foam.

Adjust ingredients for a smaller French press. This makes a much different Kharlie M from the other methods.
