Kharlie M’s solo show at Rock Haven nursing home on Tuesday, May 23 involved the piano and the baritone uke; the set included six original songs, four old standards, two hymns, and covers of John Denver, Randy Sparks, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Jim Croce, and Elmer and the Ceramic Trees. Next show is at 2 pm on Tuesday, June 27.
Prone to Sorrow played “Live Music on the Patio” at the Bodacious Shops of Block 42 in Janesville on Friday, May 26.
Ken Wagman hosted the 3rd Clear Lake Jam near Milton, WI on Sunday, May 28. Performers included Elmer and the Ceramic Trees, Mystery Mirrors, Jennifer Ruse, and Robert Allen.
Jesse Ramirez is hosting the Open Mic at Mocha Moment for the summer. The full show on Wednesday, June 7 included nine performers, six guitars, one baritone ukulele (mine), one banjo (awesome playing), and a djembe (super cool percussion instrument). It was a fun and entertaining show!
Elmer and the Ceramic Trees will play on the Main Stage at Voigt Music on Friday, June 23, starting at 5:30 pm.
