NOTE: For now, I won’t be updating this section after 2025. I’m still trying to keep active, but it’s mostly via weights and the exercise bike, along with some walking. Since I’m currently doing little or no running, it doesn’t make sense to post a log of “nothing” here. If I start running decent mileage again, I’ll resume the log here.
This is the section where I get to write in the first person. It’s my own personal running log.
I am an active runner with over 6,000 miles logged to date, and over 20 races. I am no speed demon, but I get the job done. In addition, I do some walking, occasional biking, and lift weights in an effort to stay in good shape.
