Issue #40 — Tuesday, September 27, 2022
Kharlie M will play at Jess the Ska Kid in Kenosha, Wisconsin, at 9 pm CDT on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. The event will be broadcast via Facebook Live. "Like" Jess the Ska Kid, if you haven’t already done so, and you will get a notification when the show goes live. There will be 30 minutes of music and a 30-minute interview.
Kharlie will play a private show at the Moose Lodge in Janesville, Wisconsin, from 7 to 10 pm on Friday, September 30, 2022. Since this is mainly a dance event, this will be something new for Kharlie.
Correction: This show is open to the public; cost is $5.00.
I’m working on a remake of the Wedding Day album, but the new title will be When Love Overtakes. Hopefully, it will be finished and ready for release by mid-October.
The next album, From the Very Heart, is planned for release sometime in 2023; two more albums will follow after that.
Wendi’s power wheelchair arrived on August 10. We ordered a mobility van, with a wheelchair ramp, but our old van died on August 20, so we had no vehicle until September 13, when the new van arrived.
A guy bought the old van for salvage on September 24 but was unable to get it moved until this morning (September 27).
