This is the section where I get to write in the first person. It’s my own personal running log.

I am an active runner with over 4,300 miles logged to date, and over 20 races. I am no speed demon, but I get the job done. In addition, I do some walking, occasional biking, and lift weights in an effort to stay in good shape.
